Sifu John Fung started Wing Chun in 1987, in Sydney, Australia. He felt that he needed a way to better cope with multiple opponents, after facing a group of gang members, that’s how he decided to change his training method.
He now trains extensively in Tai Chi and Wing Chun and feels that the two arts are complementing and feeding each-other to the extent that they have become a natural part of the way he moves.
I enjoyed listening to how you can develop Fajin internal power to improve your Wing Chun and overall martial arts skill. I’ve learnt that there is a connection between ego and external, muscle power.
