Hi there! My name is Bogdan Rosu, I am an author, public speaker and the founder of the first ever Personal Development through Martial Arts centre in the world, ‘Empowerment Wing Chun’. My journey into martial arts started more than 16 years ago out of a personal desire I felt to learn how to defend myself in case I ever needed it.
Today, I run my own successful school Wing Chun school (Wing Chun Kung Fu is the martial art made famous by none other than Bruce Lee) and have helped more than 500 people learn how to defend themselves, discover their true potential and become the strongest version of themselves.
I am on a mission of helping one million people unleash their power and heal themselves through martial arts and personal development.

Have you ever met a person who was really good at what they did, yet they would remain almost invisible to most people, because they did not believe in themselves?
In fact, it was Les Brown who said that:
“The graveyard is the richest place on earth, because it is here that you will find all the hopes and dreams that were never fulfilled, the books that were never written, the songs that were never sung, the inventions that were never shared, the cures that were never discovered, all because someone was too afraid to take that first step, keep with the problem, or determined to carry our their dream.”
And that’s because people don’t have the necessary confidence to take action and bring their gifts to the world.
By learning self-defense you increase your self-confidence and your self-worth.
Your voice becomes heard and your presence becomes noticed.
Learn With Your Body
Learning is not done in your head, learning is done in your body.
Aristotle once said that:
“For the things we have to learn before we can do them, we learn by doing them.”
Basically means, what we need to learn, we learn by doing.
In other words, you can’t really say you know something until you can do it. You can learn about starting a business, take all the course, read all the books, but until you actually jump in, you can not say that you know how to start and run a business.
What you learn by doing self-defense is how to get back in touch with your body and have a dialogue.
Allow the body to process information and be more involved in doing things, rather than watching other people do it, Rather than learning about how other people have done it.
The biggest challenge that people who pay for personal development seminars and workshops face is finding the discipline to use the damn information.
They get these high level strategies, that could change their lives, that could bring the success that the’ve always wanted, but they never get a chance to use the concepts, in the first place.
Self-Defense teaches you Consistency and Coherence.
If you want to make a difference in your life, you need a strategy that is proven to work, and you need to feel comfortable with doing that daily.
