I found Adam’s approach to be unique in the sense that he tests every concept before even talking about it.
One of the key elements that I got from talking to Adam, was that each of us need to be honest with ourselves and decide why we are doing Wing Chun.
If you are doing Wing Chun for fun or for the health benefits, that’s great, as long as you are aware of that.
And if you are doing Wing Chun for self-defense than it’s a good idea to include defense against realistic non-cooperative attacks.
